A Paladin: The Beauty of Cities: Skylines in Screenshots.
My favorite screenshots from my past week of playing Cities: Skylines from Paradox Interactive.
If you’ve already seen my screenshots on G+ or Steam, you’ll only find a few new ones here. These are what I feel to be the best screenies from this past week of playing. This is ONLY my city and it’s the first city I ever started. Mods were only installed until later. No “cheats” were used to build this city. I am really loving this game.
THE MOST PRACTICAL BRIDGE EVER DESIGNED! (It was later improved to be straighter).
There’s a very similar intersection like this in downtown Portland OR. I always wondered how it came to be. Now, I know for a fact that it was incompetency. ;P
This bridge has proven to be semi-popular for use. I think it’s really helped my traffic problems for the longest time.
Rolling, rolling rolling.
I put some commercial zoning in front of this school and a gas station opens up right there. xD.
The most realistic and useful intersection for a highway….
You can take some really neat screenshots.
One of my favorite things is to follow the trains running around, drinking in the city.
My first train station created.
Finally fixed the connection to my Forestry Industry. I like it.
So…this is a bit of a problem. A problem I only slightly tweaked later but remains an issue to this posting.
My intersection to getting to the industry area is finally fixed.
Sometimes, just watching the traffic go by is a pleasure unto itself.
My forestry area got a new cargo train.
The amount of traffic it creates is a bit insane.
I accidentally created a crap apocalypse when I upgraded my sewage system. It costed me in taxes and population growth for a good long while.
Cute little row of low density houses.
The early days of my growing city.
I tried to repair my rail system’s crowding problem but unfortunately a power outage erased these changes.
This parking lot….doesn’t seem that useful.
Thanks for reading! If you want to see more of this, let me know.
