Yeah, I know, I know. I’m about as sick of these updates as you are. But it’s about all I can do at the moment and it’s been nearly a month since I last posted. Which is fairly surprising to me as it hasn’t felt like it’s been a month between updates. Unfortunately, I have the unhappy duty of informing you that the blog and channel will be on hiatus for about a month, if not more. I’m not going to commit to a returning date because I know I’ll be eating my words one way or another. As we all know, I’m cursed to miss my release date if I announce it publicly. Dunno why that is, but it is. The very short reason why is that I’m dealing with some real life stuff, the same stuff that I mentioned in the previous post that I still don’t want to talk about. Yet. My only hope is that next month I’ll be a little more forthcoming on details of what’s been going on.
I’m still keeping my mind on the blog and channel, coming up with new ideas of what I want to do and things I want to try. Got a few too but nothing I want to reveal just yet. Gareth finally got his computer fixed so we’re itching to start up the Portal 2 series again, but I’m not sure when that’s going to happen as my weekends are going to be very busy for the foreseeable future. I have another itch of doing posts here but current circumstances are distracting me too much to sit down and write again. So there you go.
As far as the rest of my life has been going, well, pretty good. My family and some of our friends came together to restart our annual tradition of camping on the 4th of July. Which was a lot of fun. We went to a campsite area not far from Eugene and just relaxed with boating, s’mores, tents and all the usual camping activities. I went home this past weekend to setup my Mom’s new computer. It’s a do-it-yourself Windows 7 low-end desktop. I built it myself! :). So far, everything seems to be working from what I’ve heard and I got her a new set of reasonable Logitech speakers to make Netflix more enjoyable. I also setup my brother’s new laptop that he got.
Thanks for reading and I hope to publish something sooner rather than later. Hope you are doing well!
