Personal Musing: 6/10/12…

Words, written and said….hey, where did that weekend go?!

Sure getting tired of weekends just saying hi, BYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYE. Like this one. Urgh. But hey, not all is bad because I finished my 2nd class. Done, poof, gone, over, finished and yeah you get the point. So that just leaves one class and then the dreaded waiting for my grades…the least fun part. Tomorrow and the next day I’ll be studying pretty hard for the last final for my CIS class. That’ll be fun. Plus, tomorrow I start my “regular” schedule for my job now that my schedule has gotten less crazy with all the tests and finals stuff.

Thanks to getting the written final done sooner than I thought, I’ll be working on new content such as reviews this week and getting this blog back into drive again. Plus work on Teknocratik will resume again. I hate finals for this reason, it stops all these fun projects dead, but now I can get them going again now that I’m past all that. Which I’m glad. Though I guess the lack of content was less severe this time due to the Personal Musings, which is one of the reasons I started them in the first place. As far as the Let’s Play: Breath of Death series, information on it will come later this week. Don’t worry, it’s coming back, its just a question of when right now. More on that later…

Played some Portal 2 and got through some more community maps. I know I’ve said this a lot, but this is easily my favorite feature of Portal 2. I also played some Tribes: Ascend as well, though was mostly having an off day which led to some frustration and some fun at my expense by my friends heh. Moonshine Fox is OP. Just saying. Ceras also joined us and man he kicked my ass when he was brute and doombringer. Grrr. I’ll get revenge. Some day…

Tech News:

WWDC for 2012 is tomorrow, where Apple will likely be announcing iOS 6, (well, its pretty much guaranteed they will, because someone accidentally forgot to cover the banners, whoops!) new features for Mountain Lion, upgrades for its Mac lineup and other stuff and such. If you want to follow it “live”, the best way is probably to watch a live-blogging of the session on your favorite tech site. I’ll be using TechCrunch this year as they are usually the most….”normal” bunch. Click this link tomorrow at around 10am to watch what Apple releases next: http://www.engadget.com/2012/06/11/apple-wwdc-2012-liveblog/ (Or bookmark it for later).

Video Feature:

By Peter Hollens, this cover of “Fun: Some Nights” was very enjoyable to listen to. I have no idea what the original sounds like though, but Peter seems awesome enough.

And until next time…
